This is in recognition of the excellent service Joseph provided for the local Kerala, Indian community in Central NY, as the President of the Kerala Association
during 2003-2004.
He is also nominated for a National Award, which qualify his Association for a $7,500 grant.
The Onondaga County Executive Hon.Nicholoas Pirro and NY State Senator Hon. John DeFrancisco attended the Community Day celebration.
