Malankra Sabha Missionary, Devalokam, Kottayam. H.H. Baselios Marthoma Mathews I (Vattakkunnel Bava Thirumeni), the Catholicos of the East enrolled Bro. Paul Ciniraj Mohamed as a member of the Indian Orthodox Church and granted permission to do evangelization works in the Orthodox Church. The Holy Episcopal Synod under the President ship of H.H. Baselios Marthoma Mathews II (Present Bava Thirumeni) appointed him as the official missionary of the Orthodox Church and declared as the "MALANKARA SABHA MISSIONARY
Bro. Paul Ciniraj Mohamed is the only official laity missionary declared by the Episcopal Synod as per decree No. 29/91 of the Catholicose of the East. It is first ever in the history of the Indian Orthodox Church.
